I wanted to tell a real life story as it unfolded and this is what happened.  A story with sequence, an order that constantly shifted. It was wonderful trying to assemble and format pages of sketched ideas which could be worked and understood.  Infinite potential needs a lasso to hold it in, control it as it constantly attempts to wander or race off in unknown directions.  This story had purpose - a start and end point so it just meant keeping the middle in hand.  I loved the whole process of creating, laying it all out before printing & binding.  In my studio we removed a single staple from the centre spread, waxed linen thread and stitched every volume by hand as well as folding and magnetising a bookmark for each which delivered its own contribution to the Volume it attached to.  The story then continued to spill over on to linen ~ paint & charcoal took over from print. The full body of works came together
